Shipping policy

 

Our standard processing time to ship orders out is 2 to 5 business days, Monday- Friday 8am to 1pm. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout where you can track your package on USPS.com. Depending on the method you select at checkout, transit times can vary. Holiday season may impact transit time. No matter what shipping option is selected our process time is still 2 to 5 business days. 

⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE – FRAGILE ITEMS

At Antojitos La Tarasca, we do our very best to carefully pack and fulfill every order to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition.

However, fragile items such as chips, bread, cookies, and other delicate products may become crushed, smashed, or squished during shipping, especially when ordered together with heavier items such as beverages, cleaning supplies, and other bulky products.

Although we take precautions when packaging orders, shipping carriers may mishandle, stack, or toss packages during transit, which is beyond our control.

By purchasing fragile items, especially when combined with heavy products, you acknowledge and accept the risk of cosmetic damage or crushing during shipping.

We do not offer refunds or replacements solely for crushed or squished packaging or products resulting from normal shipping pressure or carrier handling, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect your rights if items are missing, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protections.

Note items that require Ice or are perishable only ship Monday - Thursday by 1pm. If you order after Thursday 1pm your order will ship out on Monday around 1pm.
